  • Our tailored telehealth plan is designed to help you build early momentum and see whether our approach is the right fit.

We provide a Free 15-minute introductory call, followed by four initial sessions at a reduced out-of-pocket cost (~$49 per session, usually ~$84) for eligible Medicare clients. Clients can utilise up to ten Medicare sessions per year if required.

This can be particularly helpful if you’re unsure whether psychological support will make a difference, or haven’t worked with a Psychologist before.

  • We support individuals navigating rehabilitation through Workers Compensation, CTP, or other insurance claims.

We have experience working alongside GPs, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and other specialists to support coordinated, goal-focused recovery.

Please feel free to get in touch to discuss your situation, claim details, and whether our support may be helpful.

  • We tailor support to each individual and their circumstances. This may include addressing pain, fatigue, functioning, and capacity, as well as mood, stress, anxiety, relationships, and work-related challenges.

Our work typically focuses on two key areas:

    1. Practical strategies to support improvements in health, pain, fatigue, and day-to-day functioning

    2. Psychological support to address underlying factors such as mood, stress, and adjustment - often helping to create broader, longer-term improvements

How do Health Problems or Chronic Pain affect Mental Health?

Everything in life can come to a grinding halt when our health and well-being is suffering.

When your body is under constant strain, it can take a toll on your energy, emotions, focus, functional capacity, and overall resilience - making everyday life feel harder to manage. Over time, this can lead to:

  • Depression, low mood, grief, and loss of motivation (Depression Support)

  • Stress, anxiety, panic, or health-related worry (Anxiety-related support)

  • Trauma-related responses - especially for accidents or life-threatening health events

  • Anger, frustration, and irritability at self and others

  • Changes to identity and sense of self

  • Reduced confidence in work, study, relationships or social roles

Psychological support can help you better understand these responses, develop practical coping strategies, and regain confidence.
