We also offer clinical supervision - this can be in the capacity of a secondary supervisor if you are still navigating your training pathway, or for specific supervision needs please enquire.

We operate through an exclusively remote model, making therapy more accessible and flexible - sessions can be scheduled around your life and commitments.

We understand that starting therapy can feel like a big step. That’s why we work to make the process as seamless, supportive, and comfortable as possible.

Your tailored plan begins with a free 15-minute call to discuss your current situation, presenting concerns, and how we can best support you. This no-obligation call is also a chance for you to see whether it feels like a good fit - ensuring you're comfortable and confident moving forward.

Ongoing sessions are approximately 50 minutes and may include further assessment, collaborative discussion, or focused support. Depending on your needs, your therapist may offer supportive counselling or evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or other specialised methods.

Alongside sessions, you may receive targeted resources for further learning and development, skill-building exercises, homework exercises, and other suggestions to address your concerns in your daily life. Your therapist will be accountable to this plan and work with you to celebrate the progress and problem-solve any barriers or issues that arise.

You're always welcome to ask your therapist about the styles and approaches they use.
Sessions are currently billed at $109 AUD. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide rebates due to the remote/telehealth nature of our service.
